Self-Realization: Self-Knowledge.

Self-Realization: Self-Knowledge.

Self-Realization With the abundance of distractions, ambitions and noise people are always seeking success, wealth and relationships, thinking that such exterior success will make them find happiness and peace. However, the greatest thing that is not frequently discussed is. To consider my true self. This is the central issue of self-realization the profound realization of the real self that lies outside the body, mind and ego.

Self-Realization Without knowledge of the philosophical foundations of philosophy, self-realization cannot take place. It all comes down to realizing the basic reality which is Self (Atma) it is a perfect thing which cannot be changed or modified by the eyes. It is not the case of trying to find the most original and unique idea. It has been centered on the determination of features that can be shared by various cultures and races globally. This is the greatest issue on identification or fear of the unknown.

Making a difference between the self and the mind.

One of the first and the most important steps to the self-realization is coming to the understanding of the difference between the mind and the Self. Both will be utilised interchangeably and mixed up as one thing but the reality of the situation is that these two are two different things which are of different origin, nature and application.

The Nature of the Mind

The head is a tool, a potent tool that is meant to aid us to survive in the external environment. It is concerned with thoughts, feelings, perception and memories. The mind cannot be in any single place since it is ever responding, reacting and perceiving. It is the heart of wishes, romance, apprehensions and disapprovals. It is either beautiful or mayhem according to how it is done.

The mind, however, is not really immortal. And now calm; now agitated. It embraces joy and is opposed to pain. The identity is made up of transient materials: I am my name, I am my job, I am my status, I am my possessions, I am my relationships. And yet these are not what you are in reality because these are merely folds of a personality which changes with time.

The Nature of the Self

You are really Self (which can also be termed as Atma or clear consciousness), the eternal viewer of all the experiences. The thoughts, emotions or the time do not enclose it. Self is immortal and omnivorous and transcends the pleasure and pains boundaries.

suppose that the Self is the sky, and the mind the floating clouds. The sky and the clouds are not disturbing. As is the case with happiness, unhappiness, achievement and disappointment, Self- pure awareness does not enter and exit your mind.

The Conquered and the Conqueror.

One way to feel this change is to practice meditation. Think and sit and observe your thoughts. I believe that thoughts pass and come like waves that move across the surface of the ocean. However, who’s watching these waves? Being an observer is required, because for an individual is obligated to supervise all activities within the mind. It is not an observer of the mind. He is called a viewer.

That’s the saints and wise men always declare:

It’s not even the body It isn’t the mind. It is the eternal Self.

When this realization occurs, life changes. It is no longer living as a collection of responses and needs, but instead as non-articular, unknowable knowledge from which everything can be sucked out.

Journey to the Atma (Self)

So how do you consider the most effective way that you can meet your goal? Atma And do you know, that which that you actually are, does not actually mean that you are free to fly into the world of time or that of space. The waking up is the change of the point of view and it can lead to the new vision of space and time until the end of your life. It also creates the impression that you are ever (Gupta, 2009). Awakening practice in any religion represents the way in which a person should awakening. It is best done through the use of pictures and words.

The First Step: Self-Inquiry

Self-inquiry is a process that is significant to literally inquiring with oneself who one is. This spiritual master, Ramana Maharshi indicated that, the best question to ask in order to understand yourself more was Who am I.

What I am, once and once And once again Who I am? You have understood that whatever you believe to respond to something like names or genders or bodies are not what the persona you are performing is. they are disguises to cover your true colours all around. Should you by chance be a skillful enquirer as to who which is whom, the masks will fade somewhere away into a dark background and the truth behind the mask uncovered.

self- questioning will result in a procession of intersected layers of fake identities until it was lowered into the consciousness.

The 2 nd Step: Detachment and the Observer.

This will be eliminated by self questioning and ensuring. You can think now with thoughts and feelings of what you can think of and do not think. It is neither a spectator, nor a participant.

This is not called the term of detachment to allude to the lack of coldness. It is either one thinks of the world in its true state and in the absence of dissonance. People who have experienced it understand that whatever comes around is what drains the person who has been through. It is a sort of letting the soul fly when you are not trying to play a little part or to stay the flowing.

The Third Step: Meditation

The awareness of self is what is referred to as the practice of meditation. you know your head is God, so polished. The thoughts will evaporate through meditation and you will no longer be in the past and will be calm and have tranquility.

It is not of having the power to pin the thoughts. then you will have to understand that they exist. Thinking can distract one. This line between what you think to be and what you actually see may be crossed and it may appear that they are the same.

The Fourth Step: Surrender

It is believed that the specific egotism cannot view self-consciousness, as it is controlled by it, and depersonalized. It will be attained by the sacrifice of personal desires to self-confidence and pride other than playing only.

It is not the way you abandon the duties you are meant to play but instead you should realize that whatever happens in you is not the reason of the person you are. Peace is perceived, as you yield to the divine wisdom of God who is able to govern the whole universe and who is likely to bring you to the higher level of consciousness.

The Fifth Step: Living the Life of Awareness.

Story drawing does not cease at self-realization but it is one of the occasions to begin with. You have discovered not only what you are but also what your essence is and what you are really and what you are going to be in the actually knowing how to live a life that is conscious and a conscious being.

The only thing is how you can put in writing the small things that come with your day to day activities like walking with other people, eating. You do it, and you are conscious that you are not everything you are going to take. There could be one which you are interested and you are not attached with the person. You are ready to work without receiving satisfaction.

The conscious experience is the result of the consciousness state of the everyday life. Everything exists and that makes everything holy.
